Wild bears in the woods and some buildings

Have you seen the new Aldi TV ad on the theme of "like brands, only cheaper", that has a bear in the woods promoting the cheaper Aldi toilet paper?

Click on the following link to see it:

This is the text:

“I like this toilet paper (points to the one on the left of screen, the more expensive one) and I like this toilet paper (points to the one on right). And the answer to your question is ‘Of course I do.’ I mean where else would I do it? You people.”

Very funny.

Still in the woods, the above pic is of Takasugi-an, a tea house in Chino, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The tea house is built atop two chestnut trees, cut from a nearby mountain and transported to the site, and is accessible only by free-standing ladders propped against one of the trees. Built by Japanese architect Terunobu Fujimori, it is reserved for his own use. The inside is lined with plaster and mats.

Whilst on the topic of unusual houses, have a look below at the Mushroom House in Cincinatti, Ohio.  Also known as the Tree House, it is an ornately fanciful home built by architect Terry Brown between 1992 and 2006. The one-bedroom house features pressed copper ceilings and a spiral staircase entry. It served as the architect's secondary residence until his death in 2008 and is a prominent Cincinnati landmark.
